Terms and Conditions

Minimum guest number = 40 (unless otherwise stated in package option)

25% deposit to be paid via direct deposit at time of booking to secure date

Balance to be paid either prior to event or on the day upon our arrival at venue

Payment options for balance include Cash / Credit card (no personal cheques will be accepted) 

Credit card payments in person will attract a 1.95% surcharge

Must provide covered area to protect from elements

Access to power required (unless negotiated prior)

Provision of kitchen for prep and clean up duties

Any rubbish produced during the preparation, service of food and clean up will be the responsibility of the host to dispose of

Any cancellation within 14 days of function will forfeit deposit already paid
